If you would like to see or warn users attempting to log on.. then you can set your own custom message to appear every time you log on your PC
The settings are embedded in a local security policy that allows you to create a message that will be displayed when users attempt to log on.
Procedures :
-- Click Start -> Run and type " secpol.msc " or " local security policy " on the search box
Then click Enter to launch local security policy
-- When Local Security Policy opens .
Expand Local Policies and Select Security Option
-- At the Right Hand Side
Navigate to " Interactive Logon : Message text for users attempting to log on "
Double click and type in the message and click Ok
Optional : You can set the title of the message you want users to see by double clicking on
" Interactive Logon : Message title for users attempting to log on "
Thats it .. !!
Reboot system to see the message .
