Windows recovery tools came in hand on most of booting up issues
but what if such error cant be fixed through recovery options :
If you on such problem you would probably be thinking of backing up your data
before re installing the system .
There are various of software that offer backing up option but many are costly
We are going to use Command Prompt Under System Recovery To Back up data
Below are the Procedures :
Step 1 : Turn On Computer and Press F8 to access Advanced Boot Options :
then Select Repair Your Computer Under Advanced Boot Option Window and Press Enter
Step 2 : On System Recovery Option 1st window select your Keyboard Input then Click Next
Step 3 : Select User name and Type the Password and Click Ok
Step 5 : Then Choose Command Prompt From a list of Recovery Option tools
Step 5 : On the Command Prompt window
Type notepad or notepad.exe and press Enter to launch Notepad Application.
Step 6 : Once Notepad is open, go to File -> Open or File -> Save As . At the Open window, make sure that you choose ‘All files’ in the ‘Files of type’ drop down menu at the bottom of the window. .
Step 7 : Then Click on Computer icon in the left pane and then browse to the drive or folder that you want to backup and then copy your files to a USB/Hard Disk drive.
That’s it!
Note : You Must set All files in the Save as type dialog box in order to see all files and folders and copy and paste files manual because send to context menu might not work
