2 .  APK Downloader Chrome Extension 

APK Downloader is a Google Chrome extension that allows you to download Android APK files from A   Play Store to your PC . Folks this does not mean you can download premium apps its only used to pull apk directly to a PC . 

Requirements : 

Chrome 17 and later versions 

 1 - Download APK Downloader and  Install by Opening the Extension Page in Chrome and drag it .

 Steps :

 Click on the Wrench icon on the toolbar, go to Tools -> Extensions.

 Find APK Downloader and at the end of description you will see a link to option page

2 - Enter Email and Device ID on Option Page

     You can either use the above method to get the device ID and Email

   Or you can easily Download Device ID app which will show you your Device ID and Email .

 3 - Then Enter Email’s Password and Click Login .  Then you can use APK downloader

Note : If you are getting SSL errors you can do this 

Right click on Chrome browser shortcut and navigate to ‘Properties’. From the next Windows Pane go to Shortcut tab. Now replace –remote-debugging-port=9222 from the Target field to –ignore-certificate-errors. This ignores all certificate errors while downloading apk from the market
